Mozilla can't imagine a web without AI.

So I imagine there soon is going to be a web without Mozilla.
Browsers market share chart from 2009 to now, showing Firefox disappearing into insignificance.

@rysiek it's amazing how the Chrome market share seems to have grown after they have started being hostile to adblockers

@sijmen I'm not sure what is the cause and what is the effect here.

My guess would be that Google knew they have enough monopoly power in the browser space to do this and keep growing the market share.

@rysiek @sijmen Yeah, they definitely knew what they were doing.

Of course they had been sitting on this decision for the longest time - it was only a matter of time - and probably kept a close eye on what people were doing while they were doing a phased rollout

Just... it's such a shame that people are tolerating their bs
