Gotta be up in like 3 hours, going to the airport early with a colleague. Liftoff at 8:30ish, landing an hour later, home in another hour, kids home from school an hour after that.
And then I sleep.
Do I take a 3 hour nap (I am physically tired, but brain doesn't wamt sleep), or do I read?
3 hour nap has the risk of feeling more tired after. Reading has no risk: I will feel tired, but perhaps less so.
