I had an amazingly productive and inspired and focused day! ...to the point where I frenzied. I didn't eat or drink properly, I just kept going.
The comedown happened at 6pm and I was trying to put the streaming screen away when Husbeard was like: "Sit down on the sofa NOW", cus I wasn't even steady on my feet anymore.
30+ min spent on the sofa, with twitching and swaying and prickly brain and textures being off

And I'm going to go travelling on my own tomorrow - on a coach. Pre meds I would've never done this - I hope I'll be okay, but legit feel like I can do it

And my coach travel was a breeze. No travel anxiety.
While they're settling I am noticing the period of them being effective is again getting shorter and shorter... Hope this doesn't go back down to 4 hours.

The routine seems to be: ✨️Take meds ✨️Feel it kick in within 30min ✨️At around the 1-2 hour mark I AM UNSTOPPABLE ✨️Then stable and focused and happy ✨️All High Brain stuff happens in the morning with maximum mini speed ✨️After around ~6-7 hours it wears off ✨️Have soft comedown for 30-45min ✨️Make post-med REGULAR TEA ✨️Have a second wind of energy and do chill work (like Jenitales) until bedtime
Adhd medication titration / Elvanse 50mgEverything's being improved with this new dose, but I've noticed over the last few days that what I thought was another temporary side effect has decided to stick around: The ear/brain hiss.
It's on the back of right ear, like in my brain behind my right ear and it'll sometimes swell a bit, and retract, but always this high pitch hiss.
Looked up uncommon side effects, and there's stuff about "hearing things that aren't there" err.. Hallucinations.
Adhd medication titration / Elvanse 50mgTurns out I've also been having one of the other uncommon Ocular side effects: Fuzzy vision. But that hasn't stuck around like this hissing has.
Adhd medication titration / Elvanse 50mgPredictably at this point: the phantom hissing seems to be going away - almost like my brain cycles through side effects while it's getting used to this new dose.
And predictably something else has popped up today: phantom smells.
I'm behaving a bit strange and having (in Husbeards words) "sensory things happening"
I didn't notice until he told me - but I am smelling things that arent there.

Had to sit down to calm my heart down - the smell is IN ME. It's everywhere - This is FASCINATING.
