@darth I've kicked around the idea of a simple analog quarts watch that occasionally uses bluetooth to sync the exact time with your phone. A nice exact watch at a reasonable price without all the BS.
@johnrohde@darth necropost (a boost of a post this is a reply to happened), but there's casio watches (including analog g-shocks) that do this. i'm considering getting the ABL-100WE-2AEF myself
@johnrohde@darth I mean I'd still like a compact (40mm-ish) small form factor watch that just does date+time (and maybe a small display for arbitrary stuff the open-source app can determine)
