duckduckfedi pls recommend me european cloud storage providers with a similar feature set to rsync.net (mostly, snapshots with freely configurable intervals and retention periods)
hetzner storage boxes allow automatic snapshots with a configurable interval (daily/weekly/monthly), a configurable max amount, with the option to display the snapshots to the client or not: docs.hetzner.com/storage/storage-box/snapshots/. depending on how freely you want, that might do :)
